Pregnancy oils can be used to treat a number of different conditions including Sciatica, Morning Sickness and SPD. Each essential oil contains its own unique properties which once blended with a carrier oil base can be an effective and natural way of relieving discomfort both during and after pregnancy.

Each of the oils we create are totally unique and have their own ‘how to use’ guidelines which can be found either on their individual product pages or on the inside of the packaging. However to give you an idea we have listed all our products below along with their ‘how to use’ guides.

It is worth mentioning here that aromatherapy oils are not a medicine and it is always recommended to seek advice from a healthcare professional if your symptoms become un-manageable. Almost all of our oils are suitable for use after the first trimester and are blended with a carrier oil with a 2% dilution rate, which is the recommended ratio for pregnancy. Please note that none of our aromatherapy oil products are suitable for consuming and should only be used on application of the skin.

If you would like any support with any of our products then please feel free to get in touch with one of our expert aromatherapists who can provide essential oil advice and tips that can help you manage and ease pregnancy related symptoms.
